Overview

Trasti is an insurtech company aiming to transform car insurance claims, eliminating paperwork, delays, and customer frustration by digitizing the entire process. 


Visux partnered with Trasti to build a full digital claims ecosystem, centering around Bianka, their AI claims assistant. We overhauled communication flows, documentation, brand visuals, and the website. We introduced digital insurance certificates (QR & Apple Wallet), reworked emails, landing pages, and marketing assets, and built a scalable design system to support ongoing growth.
