Data submitted through the contact form is processed for the following purposes:

Conducting correspondence regarding the matter presented in the form
Direct marketing of our services
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on www.visux.net. Some are necessary for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure our marketing, and we use them only if you agree.
Your choice
When you first visit the site, a banner asks for your consent to cookies. You can click "Accept all", "Reject all" or "Customize". Under "Customize" you choose each category separately: Necessary (always on), Analytics and Marketing. Analytics and Marketing stay off until you turn them on. Until you choose, and if you click "Reject all", we set only the necessary cookies listed below.
You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. If you withdraw consent for a category, we stop using its cookies, remove the Ploy analytics identifier and delete the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies stored for visux.net in your browser. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. We ask for your choice again after 12 months.

Without consent, Ploy measures visits without cookies, using a daily anonymous identifier that does not include your IP address.

Third-party providers
Google and Meta may process data from these cookies in the United States. They rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses for these transfers. What analytics and marketing tools collect
We use these tools only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Ploy analytics: pages visited, referring website, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and visit time. After consent, Ploy may also identify the company a visit comes from. Ploy does not store your IP address.
Google Analytics 4: pages visited, time on site, referring website, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions such as scrolling, clicks and form submissions. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4.
Meta Pixel: pages visited and actions taken on the site, combined with information from your Meta account if you are logged in. We use it to measure our ads and to show ads to people who have visited our site.
5. Data Retention Period
Personal data will be stored for the following periods:
Contact form data: until consent withdrawal or for 2 years from the last contact
Analytical data:
Google Analytics: 26 months
In case of claims, data may be stored longer, until the statute of limitations expires
