Given that cryptocurrency is still perceived by many as risky and complex, FiCAS set out on a mission to make the crypto world accessible to inexperienced investors looking to explore new ways of investing. Trust was a key challenge so our focus was crafting a professional yet approachable company image, emphasizing client testimonials and key benefits.

For Ficas, we focused on defining their target personas and understanding their concerns around cryptocurrency investments.

We designed a website structure that directly addresses these worries and guides users through a clear path toward action. To reinforce trust, we developed a fresh, secure visual language that promotes confidence and reliability in the platform.
We began with workshops to define user personas, understand the project, and set clear objectives. From there, we developed a sitemap and mapped out user journeys to ensure a smooth experience. Wireframes were created to structure the interface effectively. We crafted moodboards to establish the visual tone, then developed final layouts and a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
