Great communication and allignment. When building a complex application from scratch, it's essential for the design team to be fully aligned with both business decision-makers and the development team, as each stakeholder has distinct goals and requirements.

Through thorough discovery sessions, clear role definitions, effective project management, and a strong communication and feedback loop, we delivered a design that was seamlessly implemented by the development team without any issues.
We began with workshops to define user personas, understand the project, and set clear objectives. From there, we developed a sitemap and mapped out user journeys to ensure a smooth experience. Wireframes were created to structure the interface effectively. We crafted moodboards to establish the visual tone, then developed final layouts and a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across the platform.
