Who we're looking for

We're looking for a Website Developer to build our projects end to end

We're looking for a Website Developer to build our projects end to end

Our no-code core is Webflow, Framer and Ploy. Webflow is the one you have to be strong in, at an enterprise-grade level, Framer and Ploy are a plus.

On top of that, we have clients building on Astro + Sanity, and we want someone to own that side in code.

You take a site from a Figma file to launch: structure, performance, integrations, animation, QA, and the handoff to the client. You know the stack, and you know code well enough to drop into it when no-code runs out of road.

Animation and motion matter to us, and a good eye for them helps a lot. The site has to work, load fast, connect to whatever it needs to, and ship clean.

We work with clients all over the world.

What we need

Essential

  • Webflow, at a real level. You can handle big, enterprise-grade sites.

  • Astro + Sanity, built from code. You can build and own headless projects end to end, with React / Next.js underneath. This is the side we're growing and the reason we're hiring.

  • Integrations: hooking sites up to CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), databases (Airtable, Supabase), payments (Stripe), forms, Calendly, job boards.

  • Actual experience with code: React, Next.js, Astro. You get how it works, you can read it and fix it, and you know the moment to drop out of no-code into code. You won't be building everything from scratch, but you should be comfortable in code when the job calls for it.

  • Advanced CSS and motion: animation, transitions, transforms, custom properties, masks, clip-paths, scroll-driven work.

  • A bit of full-stack: enough grip on APIs, endpoints and data to wire them together and debug when something falls over. Not a backend role, but you'll go look under the hood.

  • QA and cross-browser debugging: your own process, and no nasty surprises across Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

  • Performance: you find where to speed things up.

  • AI tooling and orchestration: you actually use these tools, chain them and agents into a workflow that saves real time, and you keep track of what's worth using.

Nice to have (a real plus)

  • Framer and Ploy round out our no-code core, and you're comfortable across them.

  • Creative 3D and interaction: Three.js, React Three Fiber, WebGL, GLSL, shaders.

  • Full-stack for real: features wired end to end, your own endpoints on Cloudflare Workers.

  • Automations: the low-code and no-code kind with Zapier, Make or n8n, the stuff a site usually needs.

  • A creative background: creative coding, interactive design, digital art, games, creative tech.

And, just as important

  • Communication. You keep clients and the team in the loop, explain the technical side in plain language, and flag things early. For us it's core, not a nice-to-have.

  • Polish and English.

What you'll be doing

Your day-to-day

  • Build sites in Webflow and Astro, push to staging, then to prod once it's signed off.

  • You’ll collaborate closely with designers to understand their ideas, and bring them to life in the browser.

  • Wire up integrations, and custom endpoints when they're needed.

  • Run the CMS side (Webflow and Sanity) and the data behind it.

  • Track down cross-browser bugs and check the fix before it moves on.

  • Do your own QA, hand off to QA, and fix whatever comes back.

  • You’ll care about performance, responsiveness and smoothness, so the final experience works as well as it looks.

  • Communicate with clients and the team: keep everyone in the loop, explain the technical side in plain terms, and report status on your projects. This one matters a lot to us.

  • Look after repos, hosting and access for your work.

  • Work on our internal projects too: try out new tools and new ways of working, and have a real say in how the studio runs.

Senior / technical scope

  • Review code and builds, and keep the standard steady before anything reaches a client.

  • Call the architecture decisions and write down why.

  • Give estimates people can actually plan around.

  • Keep the Delivery Manager in the picture on risks, blockers and timelines.

  • Share what you know with other developers and help them get unblocked.

  • Try out new AI tools and workflows, and help the team pick them up.
