Who we're looking for

We're looking for a Project Manager who enjoys keeping a lot of things moving at the same time.

We're looking for a Project Manager who enjoys keeping a lot of things moving at the same time.

You'll be running branding and website projects from kick-off all the way through to launch, working with clients across Poland, Europe and the US.

And by a lot, we mean a lot. Usually ten or more projects running in parallel, not just two or three.

English is part of our everyday work. It's not only what we use when talking to international clients. Our Slack conversations, documentation, meetings and most of our day-to-day communication happen in English too.

You'll be responsible for making sure projects move forward: keeping an eye on timelines and hour budgets, staying close to the client, and making sure designers and developers have what they need to do their work.

You won't be expected to make the design decisions. That's the Head of Design's responsibility. Pricing and contracts are handled by the Delivery Manager. Your role is to keep the project organised, moving and heading towards the finish line.

We're looking for someone interested in a long-term B2B collaboration. The role is fully remote.

Our no-code core is Webflow, Framer and Ploy. Webflow is the one you have to be strong in, at an enterprise-grade level, Framer and Ploy are a plus.
On top of that, we have clients building on Astro + Sanity, and we want someone to own that side in code.
You take a site from a Figma file to launch: structure, performance, integrations, animation, QA, and the handoff to the client. You know the stack, and you know code well enough to drop into it when no-code runs out of road.
Animation and motion matter to us, and a good eye for them helps a lot. The site has to work, load fast, connect to whatever it needs to, and ship clean. We work with clients all over the world.

What we need

Essential

  • You've worked in an agency, studio or software house before. You know what it's like to have several projects going on at once and keep all of them moving. We're not particularly interested in how many years you've had on your CV. We're more interested in the pace and kind of work you're used to.

  • You use English comfortably at work. You'll be speaking and writing in English every day, so you need to feel comfortable doing both. We'll check this during the recruitment process.

  • Autonomy. When something comes your way, you know how to ask the right questions, figure things out and come back with a solution. You don't need someone else to make every decision for you.

  • Precision. You pay attention to the details. Tasks are up to date in ClickUp, hours are logged, decisions are written down and everyone knows what's happening. When something changes the timeline or scope, you make sure the right people hear about it early.

  • Budget awareness. You understand project budgets, keep an eye on the hours we're spending compared with the original estimate. If a project starts getting tight, you flag it early rather than waiting until the budget is already gone.

  • You stay calm when things get difficult. A client is unhappy. A deadline is slipping. A designer has too much on their plate. These are the moments when we need you to bring some clarity and keep things moving.

  • You're comfortable saying "no" when you need to. Sometimes the right answer is simply "no". Sometimes it's: "Yes, we can do that, but it will take more time and more hours."

  • You know your way around project management tools. We use ClickUp. If you've used something similar, that's completely fine. We just want you to be able to get comfortable with our setup quickly.

Webflow, at a real level. You can handle big, enterprise-grade sites.

  • Astro + Sanity, built from code. You can build and own headless projects end to end, with React / Next.js underneath. This is the side we're growing and the reason we're hiring.

  • Integrations: hooking sites up to CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), databases (Airtable, Supabase), payments (Stripe), forms, Calendly, job boards.

  • Actual experience with code: React, Next.js, Astro. You get how it works, you can read it and fix it, and you know the moment to drop out of no-code into code. You won't be building everything from scratch, but you should be comfortable in code when the job calls for it.

  • Advanced CSS and motion: animation, transitions, transforms, custom properties, masks, clip-paths, scroll-driven work.

  • A bit of full-stack: enough grip on APIs, endpoints and data to wire them together and debug when something falls over. Not a backend role, but you'll go look under the hood.

  • QA and cross-browser debugging: your own process, and no nasty surprises across Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

  • Performance: you find where to speed things up.

  • AI tooling and orchestration: you actually use these tools, chain them and agents into a workflow that saves real time, and you keep track of what's worth using.

Nice to have and genuinely useful

  • You've worked on branding and web projects. Creative projects have their own rhythm, and the feedback process can be very different from what you might see in a typical software project.

  • You've used Float or a similar resource planning tool. If you've already had to think about people's capacity across multiple projects, you'll know exactly why this matters.

  • You've had some exposure to no-code tools like Webflow, Framer or Astro. You don't need to build things yourself. It helps if you have a sense of what's quick to do and what sounds quick but actually isn't.

  • You've worked in or around a design studio. You can have a conversation with a designer, understand how they work and give them enough space to do good work, without losing control of the project.

Framer and Ploy round out our no-code core, and you're comfortable across them.

  • Creative 3D and interaction: Three.js, React Three Fiber, WebGL, GLSL, shaders.

  • Full-stack for real: features wired end to end, your own endpoints on Cloudflare Workers.

  • Automations: the low-code and no-code kind with Zapier, Make or n8n, the stuff a site usually needs.

  • A creative background: creative coding, interactive design, digital art, games, creative tech.

And, just as important: communication

  • You keep clients and the team informed. You write things down. You don't wait until a small issue becomes a big one before mentioning it.

For us, this isn't a nice extra. It's one of the most important parts of the job

  • You speak and write in both Polish and English.

  • Communication. You keep clients and the team in the loop, explain the technical side in plain language, and flag things early. For us it's core, not a nice-to-have.

  • Polish and English.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for keeping your projects moving and making sure everyone knows what is happening.

  • Managing projects in ClickUp: tasks, estimates, deadlines and any changes that come up along the way.

  • Working closely with designers and developers and planning their capacity in Float.

  • Keeping in touch with clients in both Polish and English. You'll be sharing updates, confirming decisions, sending change lists and sharing preview links.

  • Following up when you're waiting for feedback or a decision from the client. If something gets stuck, you don't just point it out, you suggest a practical way to get things moving again.

  • Keeping an eye on project hours and speaking up before the budget becomes a problem.

  • Making sure anything that goes to the client has been reviewed internally first.

  • Working with developers to get projects launched and properly handed over.

  • Noticing when a client asks for something that wasn't part of the original scope and raising it before it quietly turns into unpaid work.

  • Keeping a clear written record of what was agreed. After every client meeting, you'll share a short summary in the relevant channel.

  • Getting involved in our own internal projects too. We like trying new tools and new ways of working, and you'll have a real opportunity to influence how the studio works.

  • Build sites in Webflow and Astro, push to staging, then to prod once it's signed off.

  • You'll collaborate closely with designers to understand their ideas, and bring them to life in the browser.

  • Wire up integrations, and custom endpoints when they're needed.

  • Run the CMS side (Webflow and Sanity) and the data behind it.

  • Track down cross-browser bugs and check the fix before it moves on.

  • Do your own QA, hand off to QA, and fix whatever comes back.

  • You'll care about performance, responsiveness and smoothness, so the final experience works as well as it looks.

  • Communicate with clients and the team: keep everyone in the loop, explain the technical side in plain terms, and report status on your projects. This one matters a lot to us.

  • Look after repos, hosting and access for your work.

  • Work on our internal projects too: try out new tools and new ways of working, and have a real say in how the studio runs.

What you can decide yourself

You won't need to ask for permission for every little thing.

Within the agreed scope and deadline, you can decide:

  • How you organise and schedule the work.

  • How you handle day-to-day communication with clients.

  • When meetings happen and how you keep clients updated.

  • Whether an internal deadline needs to move, as long as the client-facing deadline stays on track.

  • When a revision makes sense within the project's budget and the capacity we've already allocated.

You'll work with the Delivery Manager when something has a bigger impact on the project, for example:

  • changing a deadline that has already been communicated to the client,

  • going more than 10% over the agreed hour budget,

  • requests that fall outside the agreed scope,

  • or needing additional people or hours.

Design quality is the Head of Design's responsibility. That's not something you'll be expected to manage through the Delivery Manager.

  • Review code and builds, and keep the standard steady before anything reaches a client.

  • Call the architecture decisions and write down why.

  • Give estimates people can actually plan around.

  • Keep the Delivery Manager in the picture on risks, blockers and timelines.

  • Share what you know with other developers and help them get unblocked.

  • Try out new AI tools and workflows, and help the team pick them up.

What we offer

Full ownership, with support to grow

  • Real room to make decisions. You're running your projects, not passing messages between people.

  • Interesting clients. You'll work with ambitious companies from Poland, Europe and the US, from Y Combinator startups and leading US VC-backed companies to Polish publicly listed companies and global enterprises. You'll get to work on ambitious projects, meet smart people and stay close to what's happening in AI and emerging technology.

  • A team that's genuinely good to work with. We care about doing good work, but we also care about how we work together while doing it.

  • Direct access to the people you need. You'll work closely with the Delivery Manager and Head of Design rather than going through layers of management.

  • Support for your growth. If there's a skill you want to develop, we'll support you in getting better at it.

  • Industry events and initiatives worth your time. We'd rather send you somewhere useful than make you collect certificates for the sake of it.

  • A network of people with different expertise. You'll have access to experts who work with Visux and can bring different perspectives and skills to the projects we work on.

  • A flexible way of working together. We're open to finding a setup that works well for both sides.
