The previous claims process was typical of the industry—manual, paperwork-heavy, and not built with today’s digital user in mind. It left users unsure of the next step and offered little guidance or transparency.

Trasti needed a fully digital, intuitive solution that streamlined the entire claims process, enhanced communication, and ensured transparency for customers.

Solution

Visux partnered with Trasti to build a fully digital claims ecosystem. While the centerpiece of this ecosystem is Bianka, the AI-powered claims assistant explored in detail here, the broader transformation included overhauling Trasti’s communication flows, documentation, brand presentation and of course a complex website.

We introduced digital insurance certificates that work with Apple Wallet and QR codes, and redefined how Trasti communicates with its users—delivering a full suite of updated emails, landing pages, and marketing visuals, all built on a clean, consistent visual system.

Our approach followed a structured design process, ensuring that every stage contributed to an optimized and seamless digital transformation for Trasti. We began with Discovery & Research, conducting in-depth workshops, analyzing business processes, and mapping user journeys to clearly define Trasti’s goals and identify key pain points. With these insights, we moved to Design & Prototyping, where we developed high-fidelity wireframes, conducted usability tests, and built a scalable design system that could evolve with Trasti’s needs. 



Continuous iteration based on real user feedback allowed us to refine and perfect the user experience. Finally, in the Implementation & Optimization phase, we integrated the new solutions into Trasti’s existing systems, optimized UX for efficiency and accessibility, and provided ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success.
